All the staff here were friendly and willing to assist, the queen room was nice and the bed was very comfortable.

It was fairly clean, everyone was very very helpful. The queen room I got was complete with a fan inside and a fan, as example. The location was good for traveling around Panajachel, next to the main shopping street, a garden next door, and the center. The restaurant was relatively near the hotel.

We had a pleasant stay at a cheap and basic hotel in a good location. The room and bathroom were clean. The hot water in the shower was the best we had experienced in Guatemala. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooftop room we moved to was quiet and comfortable. We appreciated having a store right outside the entrance for drinks. The common spaces were enjoyable and the kitchen was a nice addition. I would recommend this hotel for its value for money and convenient location.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable beds and clean rooms at the hotel. the hot water in the shower was a much-appreciated luxury, especially during the chilly December nights. the location of the hotel was also a plus, as it was conveniently situated near the main street, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. the friendly staff made me feel welcome and were always available to assist with any queries or requests.

The hotel could benefit from a facelift, as the entranceway seemed cluttered and the overall ambiance felt a bit dated. There was also some noise from the surrounding homes, which disrupted my sleep at times.
